Andrew brings over a decade of experience in the commercial finance industry—on the lender side and also as a third-party service provider—which allows him to understand the unique requirements of various lenders.
As project leader on the lender services teams for two national consulting practices, Andrew was responsible for internal training as the firms’ subject matter expert, 市场战略开发, and execution and management of multi-person engagements (pre-loan and post-loan). He also spent over 5 years as leader of the field exam department for one of the largest privately owned lenders in the nation, providing pre- and post-close diligence, managing and reviewing the reports of outsourced diligence providers, and working with the internal underwriting, 项目组合管理, and operations teams on deal structures.
